德信体育 is committed to upholding forced labor law and regulation. To that end, 德信体育 trains appropriate personnel on identifying behaviors that indicate forced labor for vendor selection. All potential vendors must pass a rigorous evaluation before 德信体育 will approve them as partners. Part of this process entails 德信体育 employees investigating both the direct supplier and the supplier鈥檚 sourcing tree for forced labor.

德信体育 requires their suppliers to comply with all national, state, provincial or local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. 德信体育 requires each supplier to have a code of conduct that includes avoiding the use of forced labor. Potential suppliers who fail to meet the established criteria are not approved as a partner.

德信体育 does not end its evaluation of suppliers upon selection. Rather, there is continuous evaluation of each supplier 德信体育 uses. This includes unannounced audits performed by 德信体育 personnel at the supplier鈥檚 facilities. If at any point a supplier has not met its obligations as laid out in the supplier code of conduct or contracts, including prohibition of the use of forced labor, 德信体育 notifies the supplier of non-compliance and discontinues the use of that supplier if a plan to eliminate forced labor in the sourcing tree is not implemented. Employees who fail to follow established guidelines are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
